Maltodextrin technically is a complex carbohydrate derived from maize. Regarding its utilization, maltodextrin is similar to glucose, it is available to the body quickly. Our product is ideal for intra-workout consumption to provide energy from a carbohydrate source and to refill muscle glycogen stores.
It can also be used after training according to someone?s need. As it has a slightly sweet taste you can consume it in any kind of beverage, for example you can mix it with your favourite protein shake!
